资源简介:
This dataset comprises raw immune marker data and sequencing reads, which are integral to our investigation into oral mucosal development during infancy. The study specifically examines how early-life co-infection with Streptococcus mutans and Candida albicans, particularly when combined with a sucrose-enriched diet, affects oral epithelial homeostasis. The data support observations of atypical hyperplasia and parakeratosis of the tongue, providing crucial insights into how these disruptions might compromise barrier function and heighten susceptibility to oral diseases throughout life.
