A study of ECF tolerance in a pedigree of Boran cattle from Kenya.

Whole-genome sequence data has been generated for 43 animals which include 28 offspring of a single bull, 4 animals identified as 3rd degree relatives, and 11 unrelated animals. The pedigree was identified from a vaccine trial to exhibit tolerance to infection by Theileria parva.
