Isolation and odonate communities - Data and code

This upload contains all data necessary to replicate the analysis about the effect of isolation on odonate communities in the Italian region of Trentino - South Tyrol.Data files:"geodata" and "Species data" contain the raw data used in the scripts. "isolation_LCPdistances" contains the table and lines of LCP distances among waterbodies"Species data" contains all processed data of odonate observations. Note that the authors reserve all rights for raw coordinate-specific data of odonate observations, this data is intended for review only. Without consent of the authors they cannot be shared, published or used outside of peer-review."results" contains all figures and tables presented in the manuscript."check_LCP_lines" contains all LCP lines used in isolation calculation and is used for double checking.R code:"data preparation.R" filters community data, groups geodata and infers site variables for geodata and distances calculated via LCP"Analysis.R" uses the processed data to generate all results presented in the manuscript and supplementary information. Be aware that Bayesian inference of species specific occurrence probabilities can take several hours.
