Current = Direction of water flow if present; Debris_in_quad = count of visible debris within the quadrat; Debris_near_quad = count of visible debris within 2 meters of the quadrat; Block/Compartment/Zone/Sample correspond to the sample location and type identifiers used in the Sample_name; Volume = Volume of water filtered for water samples; Salinity = Salinity measured in ppt using a refractometer at the water sample collection site; Water_depth_cm = Depth of water if present at sample collection site (for some samples in the Fringe and Canal zones, depth was too deep to measure, more than approx. 1.5m)
