Dataset of innovative behavior in the context of hotel industry

The current dataset is the results of a survey of 186 hotel employees in Indonesia to investigate generational differences in the relationship between empowering leadership and creative behavior, with knowledge sharing acting as a mediator by using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The current dataset includes PLS-SEM results, measurement model results, structural model results, and raw data.
