A Basophil-Fibroblast Pro-inflammatory Axis Fuels Type 2 Skin Inflammation [RNA-Seq]

To better understand the contribution of basophils and fibroblast IL-4 signaling on type 2 skin inflammation, we conducted bulk-RNA seq on from normal and MC903 treated Isotype Cntrl + Mar1 and Il4rafl/fl + Il4ra?Pdgfra models respectively. Overall design: MC903 treated or vehicle control neck skin was harvested from WT Isotype control and MAR1 injected mice, Il4rafl/fl and, Il4ra?Pdgfra mice (n=1 mice per sample). Briefly, skin samples were harvested, snap frozen, and cryosectioned. RNA was isolated and purified from each sample using the Quick-RNA Micro Prep Kit (Zymo Research).
