Current-voltage characteristics of Si/SnO/Ag NPs/ZnO photodetectors

The text files contain data on the current-voltage characteristics of photodetectors based on a silicon substrate, tin oxide (SnO), silver nanoparticles (NPs), and Zinc Oxide (ZnO). The bottom electrode of the device was aluminum, and the top contact was tin indium oxide (ITO). NPs were grown using Ion Beam Sputter Deposition (IBSD). There were five samples measured with different NPs growth times: 10 s, 20 s, 40 s, 80 s, and 160 s, which corresponds to the sizes of the NPs from 37 nm to 69 nm.
