Symptoms of Sjogrens syndrome and sex dependent immune responses against phosphoantigens in BalbC mice.

A transcriptomic study was carried out on several organs at different timepoints after treatments with Isopentenyl pyrophosphate (IPP) and E-4-hydroxy-3methyl-but-2-enyl pyrophosphate (HMBPP) . Fast gene set enrichment analyses (FGSEA) of Marginal Zone B-cell (MZB) gene activation was used to investigate relatedness to Sjogrens Syndrome (SS).
