Development Plan Neugraben Fischbek 67 - Fischbeker Reethen - Roadmap to the functional plan, Final report on traffic and surface dewatering planning (August 2018)

With the planning of the development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 67, it is intended to secure the planned area as a residential and commercial location with a secondary school and a sports field as well as other associated social and cultural uses for the development of a lively, mixed-use district under planning law. The report presents the preliminary planning of the transport facilities as well as the surface drainage based on the urban planning concept of the Fischbeker Reethen.
