RNA-Seq of Brain samples from house mouse natural populations and relative species. undefined

Illumina RNA-Seq of male brain samples from house mouse natural populations and relative species. Eight samples were sequenced for each house mouse natural population: Germany population (M.m.dom), France population (M.m.dom), Iran population (M.m.dom), Kazakhstan population (M.m.mus), Taiwan population (M.m.cas). Four samples were sequenced for each relative species: Mus spicilegus and Mus spretus. All these mice were bred under well-controlled lab condition, with temparature of 22 celcus degree, and humidity ranging from 55-60%.
