Capex distribution for top mineral commodities worldwide 2016

This statistic displays the share of capital expenditure (capex) on selected mineral commodities worldwide in 2016, based on a survey of 120 of the world's leading mining companies carried out in the second half of 2015. According to the survey, it was forecast that gold production in 2016 would account for some 21 percent of mining capex worldwide.
