In this study we analyzed transcriptomic data (RNA Seq) of rygrass Lolium perenne genotype: P226/135/16). To that end we collected RNA from both shoot and root tissue at a different levels of soil water content (SWC). This levels were: 35%, 15%, 5% and 1%. At each SWC we collected 4 replicas, RNA was extracted and sequence on a Illumina HighSeq platform. Thus at: 35% --> Samples 1,2,3,415% --> Samples 5,6,7,85% --> Samples 9,10,11,121% --> Samples 13,14,15,16Therefore a file such:P226_10L.mapped.cleaned.sorted.bam indicates that are the clean read read (trimming) mapped to the reference genome for the replica 2 (sample 10) or leaf (shoots) material (L) at 5% SWC. Likewise: P226_10R..mapped.cleaned.sorted.bam is identical to the previous one but in this case is root material (R)
