The role of Fibulin-2 during cardiac regeneration in zebrafish

We used a 10X Genomics single-cell RNA sequencing approach to compare the single-cell transcriptome of heart ventricles from fbln2sjr3-/- and wild-type siblings, at uninjured state and at 4 days post-cryoinjury. Overall design: Uninjured WT heart ventricles (pool of 4), cryoinjured WT heart ventricles at 4 days post-cryoinjury (pool of 4), uninjured fbln2sjr3-/- heart ventricles (pool of 4), cryoinjured fbln2sjr3-/- heart ventricles at 4 days post-cryoinjury (pool of 4) and cryoinjured fbln2sjr7-/- heart ventricles at 4 days post-cryoinjury (pool of 4) were extracted for single-cell dissociation and library preparation.
