Cultured Neural Progenitors from Nasal Turbinate as a Cellular Model of Neurodevelopmental Component of Schizophrenia Etiology

We previously created cell lines with neural progenitor characteristic deriverd from superior or middle turbinated of patients with schizophrenia and control groups. We used single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq) to study the gene expression of schizophrenia Single cell 3' RNAseq of middle turbinate biopsy samples from 1 patient with schizophrenia and 1 sample from control group and neural progenitor/mesenchymal cell cultures derived from biopsies of from 1 patient with schizophrenia and 1 sample from control group using the 10X Genomics Chromium platform and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq6000.
