升温值是电机产品能否稳定运行的可靠性、安全性评判标准之一。通过了解电机运行时各部分的发热情况,核对所测得的数据是否符合制造厂的技术条件或有关国家标准,为电机安全可靠运行提供数据依据。检测得到电机运行时各项数据,数据检测:样品经前处理后,根据GBT 1032-2012 三相异步电动机试验方法,公式如下: 电机电阻法升温公式为X=(R2-R1)x(K+T1)/R1 +T1-T2,R1为试验初始时的绕组电阻数值,R2为试验结束时的绕组电阻数值,t1为采集试验初始时的温度数值(一般指室温),t2为试验结束时的冷却介质温度数值(一般指室温),另外K值对铜线时为235,对铝线时为225,再通过电机电阻法升温公式计算得到升温值,X为电机电阻升温数值。X值小于等于105为合格,X值大于105为不合格,以此来判定产品是否合格。
The temperature rise value is one of the criteria for assessing the reliability and safety of electrical machine products during stable operation. By understanding the heating conditions of various components of the motor during operation and verifying whether the measured data complies with the manufacturer's technical specifications or relevant national standards, it provides a data basis for the safe and reliable operation of the motor. Various operating data of the motor are collected during the test. After pre-treatment of the test sample, the test is conducted in accordance with GB/T 1032-2012 Test Methods for Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors, with the formula as follows: The temperature rise formula via the motor resistance method is X = (R2 - R1) × (K + t1) / R1 + t1 - t2, where R1 is the winding resistance value at the initial stage of the test, R2 is the winding resistance value at the end of the test, t1 is the temperature value collected at the initial stage of the test (generally refers to room temperature), t2 is the cooling medium temperature value at the end of the test (generally refers to room temperature). Additionally, the value of K is 235 for copper windings and 225 for aluminum windings. The temperature rise value X is calculated using the aforementioned motor resistance formula, where X represents the temperature rise value obtained via the resistance method. A motor product is deemed qualified if X ≤ 105, and unqualified if X > 105, which is used to determine whether the product meets the eligibility requirements.
