Targeted exome sequencing data for the PRIMA Follicular Lymphoma Trial. Homo sapiens

The PRIMA trial is a large, phase III clinical trial designed to test the efficacy of Rituximab maintenance therapy in first-line follicular lymphoma samples. Primary tumor biopsies were sequenced using Foundation Medicine's "Foundation One Heme" platform, a targeted exome sequencing assay to identify somatic variants from a tumor sample. This dataset contains the raw sequencing files from individual tumor samples.
