3D image of the cerebellum from a P10 L7-GFP mouse, after stitching. From this image the positions of the Purkinje cells soma have been extracted - these positions are reported in another dataset in this dataverse. The 3D image is represented as a sequence of 2D images (tiff files) labeled with consecutive numbers. Voxel size is 0.8x0.8x1 cubic microns. The sequence of 2D tiff files is wrapped in a rar archive.
