Benchmark data for canonical head computational models
收藏资源简介:
Summary Data obtained within the EIC CEREBRO project, whose processing led to research results published in the following articles: Giunzioni, V., Merlini, A., Adrian, S. B., & Andriulli, F. P. (2023). On a Calderón preconditioner for the symmetric formulation of the electroencephalography forward problem without barycentric refinements. Journal of Computational Physics, 491, 112374. Structure of the data Each entry contains the following elements: LeadField.h5 contains the matrix used to map dipole activity into EEG recordings. inner_skull_flipped.gmsh contains the mesh of the surface of interface between the brain and the skull. outer_skull_flipped.gmsh contains the mesh of the surface of interface between the skull and the scalp. head_surface.gmsh contains the mesh of the surface of interface between the scalp and the air outside the head. Dipoles.h5 contains the positions and moments of the dipole sources employed to evaluate the leadfield matrices. ElectrodesPosition.h5 contains the positions of the electrodes over the scalp in a common high resulution EEG measurement setup. Datasets head_computational_models_symmetric_j.jcp.2023.112374.zip contains the leadfield matrix (and related data) evaluated by solving the forward EEG problem with the symmetric formulations (see Kybic 2005). head_computational_models_symmetric_preconditioned_j.jcp.2023.112374.zip contains the leadfield matrix (and related data) evaluated by solving the forward EEG problem with the preconditioned symmetric formulation (following the approach in [1]).
