Developing lettuce under different LEDs

We aim to get insights into the growth, storage patterning, and translocation in developing lettuce in response to different light quality supplemented with LED lights. Our interesting issues are metabolic changes especially in secondary metabolism including biosynthesis of anthocyanins. To this end, we performed integrative omics analyses of red leaf lettuce by combining RNA-seq with mass spectrometry-based metabolite profiling.
