EBV+ gastric cancer cell line was reported with PI3K pathway activated. Alpelisib is the PIK3CA specific inhibitor. To study the MAEA knockout and alpelisib treatment, RNAseq was conducted to study the gene expression changes in YCCEL1. Overall design: YCCEL1 cells expressing MAEA or control sgRNAs were treated with 0.5 uM alpelisib or DMSO for 30 hours.
