Bulgarian Residential Building Dataset for City Energy Analyst (CEA-4)

This repository contains the first open-source, country-specific residential building database for Bulgaria, developed for use with the City Energy Analyst (CEA-4) urban building energy modelling (UBEM) tool. It provides the archetype, assembly, and schedule data required to simulate the heating, domestic hot water (DHW), and electricity demand of the Bulgarian residential building stock at district or city scale. The database follows the standard CEA-4 database schema (archetypes, assemblies, components) and was built using the Swiss (CH) default database as a structural template, with country-specific values substituted where they affect building energy demand.
