eSango

CPUT eSango, a research data repository, powered by Figshare , is a multidisciplinary institutional research data repository that provides access to unique and scalable server architecture to facilitate data sharing, collaboration, storage, persistent archiving, and to showcase data from institutions to a large and growing community already used by other institutions and currently containing more than three million objects. The scope of the CPUT collection are from researchers and postgraduate students from CPUT's six faculties: Applied Sciences, Business and Management Sciences, Education, Engineering and the Built Environment, Health & Wellness Sciences, and Informatics and Design.CPUT eSango是一款由Figshare提供技术支持的研究数据仓储平台，属于多学科机构级研究数据仓储。该平台配备独特且可扩展的服务器架构，可助力数据共享、协作、存储与持久化归档，并面向不断壮大的跨机构社群展示机构自有数据；目前已有多家机构接入使用，平台内现存数据对象超过300万。 CPUT eSango的馆藏数据均来自该校六个学院的科研人员与研究生，涵盖应用科学学院、商业与管理科学学院、教育学院、工程与建筑环境学院、健康与福祉科学学院，以及信息学与设计学院。
