Data for ISMAO

This repository contains: PSF.h5: Dataset of experimental point spread functions (PSFs), used to retrieve parameters such as magnification of the setup. noise_map.npy: Experimental dataset of the dark count noise of the detector (5x5). correlograms_simulated.npy: Simulated ISMAO correlograms with aberrations from the 5th to 11th Zernike polynomials, simulated at 3 different focal planes. Array dimensions: (64, 128, 128, 25, 3). correlograms_label.npy: Labels for the correlograms_simulated Zernike polynomials, with amplitudes ranging from -π/2 to π/2. Array dimensions: (64, 7). experimental_dataset_single.h5: Experimental dataset collected with the ISMAO setup, used for data augmentation.
