NOTCH gene expression is upregulated downstream of NPM1-ALK in a manner that depends on the binding of phosphorylated STAT3 to its promoter (Larose et al, 2021). NOTCH expression contributes to cellular proliferation in NPM1-ALK cells, and reduction in NOTCH1 activity through either inhibition with gamma secretase or knockdown with short hairpin RNAs promotes apoptosis (Larose et al, 2021).
NOTCH基因的表达在NPM1-ALK下游被上调,其过程依赖于磷酸化STAT3与启动子的结合(Larose等人,2021年)。NOTCH表达有助于NPM1-ALK细胞的细胞增殖,而通过γ分泌酶的抑制或使用短发环RNA的敲低来降低NOTCH1的活性,则可促进细胞凋亡(Larose等人,2021年)。
