资源简介:
Diclofenac is an organochlorine compound and micropollutant with potential to cause impacts on the environment. The biodegradation of this toxic is uncertain, especially in anoxic systems in the presence of organic cosubstrates. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of ethanol and nitrate, as sources of cossubstrate and nitrogen, on the degradation of diclofenac. For this, the central composite design was used with variables: nitrate as electron acceptor in concentrations diclofenac and ethanol as a source of organic cossubstrate. Moreover, control conditions without the drug were analyzed, following the experiments outlined in the experimental design with the presence of the micropollutant. The reactors were kept under 30oC, in triplicate with Dolfing culture medium and inoculum from an activated sludge system.
