集成灵活调节煤电与大规模新能源协同规划课题1-5研究成果,开发五大功能模块:电力系统规划安全稳定分析模块、风险驱动的电力系统运行模拟模块、多类型发电资源广域协同规划模块、多元电力市场仿真模块、规划综合评估模块。基于集成开发技术,设计各功能模块之间的信息交互逻辑关系和数据传输通道,设计煤电与新能源协同规划平台系统架构。以甘肃、山东电网为实例,选择“沙戈荒”基地、送端系统、受端系统等典型电力规划场景,设计应用验证方案并完成验证。标准算例采用2025年甘肃、山东电网实际规划数据,并经过脱敏处理以适应通用性与普适性要求。经统计,2025年电网规划中,甘肃电网110千伏及以上节点数约1300个,山东电网110千伏及以上节点数约3300个,两网共计拥有110千伏及以上节点约4600个,经陇东-山东特高压直流(±800千伏)异步互联。

Developed based on the research outcomes of Projects 1 to 5 focusing on the coordinated planning of flexible coal power regulation and large-scale new energy, this platform incorporates five functional modules: Power System Planning Security and Stability Analysis Module, Risk-driven Power System Operation Simulation Module, Wide-area Coordinated Planning Module for Multi-type Generation Resources, Diversified Electricity Market Simulation Module, and Comprehensive Planning Evaluation Module. Leveraging integrated development technologies, we designed the information interaction logic and data transmission pathways between each functional module, as well as the system architecture of the coal power and new energy coordinated planning platform. Taking the Gansu and Shandong power grids as case studies, we selected typical power planning scenarios including sandy land, Gobi and desert bases, sending-end systems and receiving-end systems, designed the application verification scheme and completed the verification work. The standard test cases adopt the actual planning data of Gansu and Shandong power grids in 2025, which have been desensitized to meet the requirements of generality and universality. According to statistics, in the 2025 power grid planning, the Gansu power grid has approximately 1,300 nodes of 110 kV and above, the Shandong power grid has approximately 3,300 nodes of 110 kV and above, and the two grids have a total of about 4,600 nodes of 110 kV and above, which are asynchronously interconnected via the Longdong-Shandong ±800 kV UHV DC transmission line.
