This codebase and database is intended for reviewers of the manuscript entitled "Cohorts of immature Pteropus bats show interannual variation in Hendra virus serology". This code and data can recreate all images used in mansuscript. Please see the readme.rd file in the R folder to understand how to run the files in order. However, each script should be runable independently. This version of the upload is primarily intended for reviewers. To keep things as 'anonymous' as possible, there is little metadata included here.
