The interoperable INSPIRE-WFS Area Management/Restriction/Regulation Zones and Reporting Units / Overview map of construction restricted areas Brandenburg and mining permits Brandenburg in accordance with the Federal Mining Act is a download service that contains data in the annex scheme of management areas/protected areas/controlled areas and reporting units (derived from the original data set: Provides an overview map of Brandenburg's restricted building areas and Brandenburg's mining permits in accordance with the Federal Mining Act. It gives an overview of the areas of the construction restricted areas in which the building permit or approval required for the construction, extension, modification or change of use of constructional facilities or a permit including this may only be granted with the consent of the mining authority (§108 BrandenburgergG). It also contains data on currently existing permits, permits and mine properties for the exploration and extraction of mining-free mineral resources in accordance with the Federal Mining Act. According to the INSPIRE data specification Area Management/Restriction/Regulation Zones and Reporting Units (D2.8.III.11_v3.0), the contents of the map are INSPIRE-compliant. The WFS includes the following FeatureType: - Management Area, Protected Area or Regulated Area (at:ManagementRestrictionOrRegulationZone): An area managed, protected or regulated in accordance with a binding environmental policy or possibly environmental policy or activity at any level of government (international, Europe, national, regional or local). --- The compliant INSPIRE-WFS Area Management/Restriction/Regulation Zones and Reporting Units is a download service that delivers data in the annex schema Area Management/Restriction/Regulation Zones and Reporting Units (derived from the original data set: Overview map of construction restriction areas and mining licenses in accordance with the Federal Mining Act Brandenburg). It provides an overview of building restriction areas in which the building permit or approval required for the construction, expansion, modification or change of use of structural facilities or where the approval may only be granted with the consent of the mining authority (§108 BrandenburgergG). Also included are data on currently existing permits and mine property for the exploration and extraction of non-mined mineral resources in accordance with the Federal Mining Act. The content of the map is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme Area Management/Restriction/Regulation Zones and Reporting Units (D2.8.III.11_v3.0). The WFS includes the following feature type: - Management Restriction Or Regulation Zone (am:ManagementRestrictionOrRegulationZone): Area managed, restricted or regulated in accordance with a legal requirement related to an environmental policy or a policy or activity that may have an impact on the environment at any level of administration (international, European, national, regional and local).
