Snowmelt runoff and sediment data from a gully-dominated agricultural watershed in Northeast China, 2022-2024

This dataset supports the study “Snowmelt pattern controls on small-watershed runoff and sediment processes and gully regulation.” The dataset contains meteorological, snowpack, runoff, and sediment data collected during the 2022-2024 snowmelt seasons in a typical gully-dominated agricultural watershed in the Mollisol region of Northeast China. The dataset includes meteorological conditions, snow depth, snow density, and runoff and sediment observations at the heads and outlets of the W, W1, and W2 watersheds. These data were used to characterize different snowmelt patterns, analyze small-watershed runoff and sediment responses, and quantify the regulation of runoff and sediment by gullies.
