<b>Data</b>This directory contains all the data of simulation results, which are stored in hdf5 (XDMF) format. One can visualize the results in ParaView.<br><b>Figures.ipynb</b>This is a Jupyter-notebook file which contains all the python scripts to generate figure 2 and figure 4-10.<br><b>makemovie.py</b>This is a python script to generate the SI Movie1.<br><b>scifig</b>There are some python script to generate figures in Figures.ipynb
