Ranking barriers to medical scholarly activity using the Delphi method

This data is from a series of Delphi studies in which medical residents, fellows, and faculty were asked to identify and then iteratively rank perceived barriers to scholarly activity. The data is deidentified. The files identify the type of learners (mixed residents and faculty, family medicine residents, surgical residents, non-surgical residents (other than Family Medicine), at multiple sites. The data shows free-text perceived barriers, then residents' ranking of these barriers, then re-ranking based on peer results.
