Surveillance of Legionella microorganisms in water systems of the Tbilisi hotel network

As it is known, legionellosis is the so-called traveller's disease, and cases of infection in hotels are not uncommon due to human contact with water aerosols infected with legionella. The study aimed to examine samples from different Tbilisi hotels to identify their probable infection with legionella. For timely adoption of preventive measures to prevent possible infection of hotel residents.
