Bacteriome enriched <i>Glossina</i> genes were analyzed for association with gene ontology terms using the BLAST2GO software package. This table lists the bacteriome enriched genes with their associated GO terms, definitions and relative expression in RPKM in the bacteriome and gut RNA-Seq libraries.
