Simulation data for the neck evolution in liquid droplet coalescence

This dataset includes the new simulation data and figures reported in the research article "Universality in the viscous-to-inertial coalescence of liquid droplets". The simulated flow field data were obtained using the open-source cfd code, OpenFOAM, and processed using Matlab.
