资源简介:
Soil fertility is critical parameter influencing wheat yield. As synthetic fertilizers overuse may cause harmful effects on the soil, finding efficient and environmentally safe biotechnological alternatives is crucial. This need was evaluated in this study by novel fertilizing application of digestates derived from two-stage molasses anaerobic digestion (AD) process.A field wheat experiment was conducted in nutrient-poor sandy soil, which design was represented in deposited photography. Fertilization treatments in the study included: synthetic fertilization, digestates from one-stage and two-stage AD processes, all referred to unfertilized control. The deposited files include soil chemical analyses before the experiment, as well as, data obtained from soil samples during harvest stage (end of experiment). In deposited data plant and digestates chemical analyses were represented. The files include also digestates microorganisms’ consortia determination by sequencing and soil-plant responses to treatment, which were analyzed by roots’ specific genes expression analyses and crops yield determination.
