资源简介:
The Australian Assembly of Fire Authorities Incident Reporting System was designed to provide incident related data compatible with national and international systems. It consists largely of the items and code lists suggested by Australian Standard 2577-1992 Australian Fire Incident Reporting System along with additional items that the majority of fire services may require to assist in their role of providing protection to life and property from fire and other emergencies. Between 1984 and 1992 fire services collected incident data in accordance with AS 2577-1983. The revision of AS 2577 resulted in the production of a national standard designed to collect and process incident information. This reference and instructional manual was designed to support the training of Fire Officers in incident data collection and recording requirements as well as provide a reference and information source for all who use the system. The Australian Assembly of Fire Authorities Incident Reporting System was devised as a means of collecting fire and other incident related data that, whilst providing the fire services with suitable records of it's attendance at fires and other events, is intended primarily for statistical purposes. This volume is divided into sections A-K and appendices which deal with areas such as fire alarms; hazardous materials incidents; casualties, rescue and evacuation; ignition of fire; fire fighting; and bush and grass fires. The manual possibly continued to be used by officers of NSW Fire Brigades until it was superseded by the Australian Incident Reporting System Reference Manual in February, 1998.
