CUT&Tag-Based Profiling of SOX5-Associated Chromatin Landscapes in a WSU-FSCCL Cell Line Model of Lymphoma Malignant Progression

Single-cell RNA sequencing was performed on mice with an established lymphoma model, leading to the identification of two distinct cell clusters in the lymph nodes that exhibit prominent characteristics of malignant progression. Pseudotime analysis revealed a clear trajectory of malignant progression within these clusters. Based on these findings, we developed a model correlating the expression levels (high/low) of signature genes from the WSU-FSCCL cell line with these characteristic subpopulations, followed by corresponding CUT&Tag analyses.
