Data for project: Muscle activity of the lower extremities during exergames with varying movement demands in older adults

The dataset contains individual EMG measurement reports for each participant, including the mean muscle activity values recorded during four different exergames. Measurements were obtained for the lower-leg muscles (tibialis anterior, soleus, and gastrocnemius medialis and lateralis) using surface EMG. The data include processed values for each game and participant, enabling analysis of muscle activation patterns across different exergame tasks. All measurements were collected using the Dividat Senso hardware and processed with MyoResearch software. This dataset supports reproducibility of the results reported in the associated study.
