We transfected MEF SEC24D KO cells with SEC24B siRNA for a double KD or combined SEC24s siRNA (SEC24a, 24B and 24C) for a quadruple KD. Cells were transfected with siRNA or Scramble siRNA (control) for 2 days then total RNA for each knockdown sample was extracted and purified for RNA-seq to evaluate the change in transcriptome.
