The dataset contains supporting data for the thesis entitled “The Mechanism underlying the Effects of Targeted Memory Reactivation in Fear Memory Consolidation”.

The dataset includes the anlysed data for EEG analysis,  GCaMP neuronal spiking analysis during behavior tests and sleep recording, the dendritic spine analysis data at each experimental timepoints, the MATLAB codes for EEG analysis and the figures for the thesis.
