This study investigates the transcriptional and post-transcriptional landscapes of AC16 cells through RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) and circular RNA sequencing (circRNA-seq) at multiple stages of differentiation. AC16 cells, a human cardiomyocyte cell line, were analyzed in their undifferentiated state and at 1, 10, 20, 30, and 40 days post-differentiation to elucidate dynamic changes in gene expression and circular RNA (circRNA) profiles.
