ChIP-seq of H2A H2A.Z H2A.W H3 in Col-0, h2a, h2a.z, and h2a.w; ChIP-seq of H3K36me3 H3K9me2 in Col-0 To investigate the interrelationship of histone H2A and its variants H2A.Z and H2A.W in Arabidopsis thaliana, we analyzed the ChIP-seq data to pick out the potential replacement sites. The H3K36me3 and H3K9me2 data were used to define chromosome arms and pericentromere regions.
