Supplementary material for "Where to improve the European protected areas network to represent threatened fungi?" - occurrence data, R scripts, and predicted habitat maps

This repository contains the supplementary materials associated with the paper "Where to improve the European protected areas network to represent threatened fungi?". It includes: (1) an Excel table which contains the species occurrences used in species distribution modelling (inside "tables" .rar file); (2) two rasters used as masks during modelling and postmodelling analyses (GeoTiff format) as "masks" .rar file; (3) R scripts used for data cleaning, species distribution modelling, and analyses; (4) raster layers representing bioclimate predictions and landscape predictions (GeoTiff format) as "uploaded predictions" .rar file; (5) raster layers representing bioclimatic suitability maps and habitat suitability maps (GeoTiff format) as "uploaded maps" .rar file; (6) three Excel tables with additional data on species, environmental layers, and countries used by the R scripts (inside "tables" .rar file); (7) shapefiles used in the postmodelling analyses or to create the manuscript figures (shp format) inside "vectors" .rar file; (8) raster layers representing all variables (GeoTiff format) as "variables" .rar file; (9) readme documentation files (Word) with a detailed summary of all the data uploaded.
