Single-cell RNA-seq libraries of HCC tumor tissues from PDX were generated using the 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell 3' Reagent Kit (v3) following the manufacturer's protocol ("ChromiumNextGEMSingleCell3_v3.1_Rev_D"). The libraries were sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform (Illumina) with paired-end 150bp reads. Raw sequencing reads were preprocessed using Cell Ranger (version 6.1.2) software provided by 10x Genomics with reference data “refdata-gex-GRCh38-and-mm10-2020-A”. Cells and genes identified as mouse-oriented were filtered.
