JODA: Prototypical Experimental Coupled Data Sets

Designed mixtures can be measured with several instruments, each revealing a different part of their composition. EEM_NMR_LCMS.mat combines fluorescence EEM, diffusion NMR, and LC-MS data for 28 mixtures prepared in phosphate buffer at pH 7.4 containing Val-Tyr-Val, Trp-Gly, phenylalanine, maltoheptaose, and propanol. X.data has shape 28 x 251 x 21, Y.data has shape 28 x 13324 x 8, and Z.data has shape 28 x 168. Mixture IDs are 1-26, 28, and 29; ID 27 is absent. Measurement axes are included, and NaN values remain in non-acquired fluorescence regions.
