This project focuses on Sinonovacula rivularis, an important economic aquatic bivalve, conducting whole-genome sequencing, assembly and functional analysis, systematically obtaining core genomic data of Sinonovacula rivularis, and completing gene structure annotation, non-coding RNA prediction, comparative genomics analysis and other related work. High-quality genome assembly sequences and supporting annotation files of Sinonovacula rivularis are submitted to GWH (Genome Warehouse) in this submission. The assembly process is standardized and the annotation information is complete, complying with the acceptance criteria for genomic data of the GWH database. The research results will fill the gap in genomic research on Sinonovacula rivularis, provide key data support for elucidating its biological characteristics, stress resistance mechanism and reproductive regulation rules, and play an important role in improving the scientific and technological content of the Sinonovacula rivularis breeding industry and promoting the sustainable utilization of aquatic germplasm resources. The data submitted this time are true, valid and formatted in a standardized manner, which can be queried, downloaded and reanalyzed by relevant researchers, facilitating the development of research related to bivalve comparative genomics and molecular breeding, and jointly promoting the progress of molecular biology research on aquatic bivalves.
