This series comprises files recording plans, minutes and agendas of The Royal Melbourne Hospital’s (VA 1048) Corporate Planning Committee. The Corporate Planning Committee’s responsibilities included the appointment of consultants, resource allocation, and monitoring the implementation of strategic objectives as agreed by the hospital’s Board of Management. Prior to transfer to Public Record Office Victoria, the records in this series were maintained as part of the Royal Melbourne Hospital Archives.
