HPRC Genome Sequencing

This project contains genomic sequencing data generated for the Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC). Data types include, but are not limited to: PacBio HiFi, Oxford Nanopore, Hi-C/Omni-C. Data are used for assembly of genomes and pangenomes as well as assembly analysis and quality control.The Human Pangenome Reference Consortium aims to create a collection of high-quality reference genomes that represent the genetic diversity of the human population.
