Sequencing Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains that are epidemic in China

In this project, N. gonorrhoeae strains epidemic in China are sequenced by Illumina sequencer, Nanopore sequencer (or both) to analyze their antimicrobial resistance profiles and reveal the characteristics of spread, as well as used as baseline data.
