Multi-omics study of the reaggregation process in the sponge Halisarca dujardinii

The sponge Halisarca dujardinii has a unique regeneration ability (it can reconstruct the whole body if desintegrated into single cells). This process is called reaggregation. The aim of the project is to investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms of this reaggregation process.
